The american society of democratic alliance did not understand anything about freedom, freedom of speech, or freedom as in general, to the contrary they want to win elections and make there favored party a success so they can raise budget and kill you with freedom slogans, in reality freedom is taken away from you and you are burdened with more national debt due to hyper inflation and personal loans debts.

American society in general is doomed by that freedom mantra, thinking they are free but in reality they are imprisoned by the same fake belief that there is total freedom in this country.

What real freedom is the understanding of the world freedom, free means like a bird flying in outer space with unlimited amount of space cash and food, water and oxygen. (not sure what the bird need the space cash for where he will use it).

Take american prison system, it is the best prison systems in the world, there is more freedom in american prisons then outside of prisons.

Fcuk u Depression and Anxiety

So the year i dropped out from university due to depression was 2013, and after that every year sucked more and more, 2017 fcuked, 2018 fcuked in the A$$ by depression, starting 2019 fcuked for eternity due to paranoia and depression, i am looking forward to 2020, fcuk u depression, you can't beat me b!@@@tch. i am never going to let you win.

Waiting for the day i will live on some island or country side, somewhere peaceful, looking back to all these days, and giving no fcuks.

Too much stress will lead to depression

Alright people, so in life never take too much stress, i mean yeah there are times where person can't do anything but stress, but even if you face that time, it is imperative that you try to get out of it, GET OUT NOW, if someone or something is troubling you try to ignore it, if a person is toxic to you, avoid anything with them, try to distant yourself, if environment around you sucks and you feel toxic and stressful all the time, maybe move away, or go to vacation or hang out socially a lot, with friends, family members and more,

Always know life sucks, but you don't have to LOL.

How to fight and lose Paranoia

Totally neglect it, if you are hearing voices in your head or having delusions etc, IGNORE them, better to consult with your doctor as well, because paranoia is the worst. worst then depression itself it will eat you alive. Its one of the worst feeling in the world.

What to do when you are depressed.

The answer is Nothing. On other thought clear your head, think about something nice, watch lot of funny movies (jim carrey proffered) go on long walks with friend or family member, discuss issues with your close friends, or family members which are troubling you, stay positive (which can be pain in the a$$), stop any bad habits you have like smoking, masturbation, drinking which going to fcuk with your mind more.
